What we collect

When you buy the eBook we receive the name, email address and phone number you enter at checkout, along with the payment reference, amount and status returned by our payment gateway.

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or bank account details. Those are handled entirely by the payment gateway.

How we use it

• To deliver the eBook and confirm your purchase.
• To answer support requests you send us.
• To keep records of transactions as required by Indian tax and accounting rules.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and every such email carries an unsubscribe option.

Who else processes your data

Our payment gateway (Razorpay) processes your payment and holds the transaction record under its own privacy policy. Our web hosting and email providers process data only to run this website and our support inbox.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for the page and the checkout to function. Your browser settings can block or clear them, though the checkout may not work if you do.

Retention and security

Purchase records are kept for as long as Indian law requires, then deleted. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful and deleted afterwards. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Children

This product is intended for college students and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

What you are buying

Licence and permitted use

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read the eBook and use the prompts in your own academic and professional work. You may keep copies on your own devices and print a copy for yourself.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, publish or sublicense the file or its contents, in whole or in part, and you may not use it to create a competing product. The eBook and its contents remain the copyright of Rayala Nagalakshmi.

Academic responsibility

The prompts are study and productivity aids. You are responsible for following your institution's rules on the use of AI tools, for verifying anything an AI model produces, and for the originality of work you submit. We are not responsible for academic penalties arising from your use of AI.

No guarantee of outcomes

The eBook is educational material. We do not promise placements, grades, job offers, internships or any specific result. AI models change over time, and outputs will vary.

Independence

This is an independent resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Claude, any university, company or recruiter. Access to any third-party AI tool is subject to that provider's own terms and pricing, which are not included in this purchase.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the eBook is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and governing law

We may update the eBook and these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Refund Policy

This is a digital product delivered instantly. Once the file has been delivered it cannot be returned, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for having bought it by mistake, or for having already found similar material elsewhere.

When we do refund

• Duplicate payment. You were charged twice for the same order. We refund the extra charge in full.
• Payment taken, no delivery. The money left your account but you never received access, and we cannot resolve it for you.
• Corrupt or unreadable file. The file will not open and we cannot supply a working replacement.

How to request one

Email {{ supportEmail }} within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the problem. Most delivery problems are fixed the same day by resending the file.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Where a refund is issued, your licence to use the eBook ends and you must delete your copies.
